The Apprentice

I don't watch much TV.

OK, I do admit to watching the Steelers when they are playing during my kids' 1:30 - 3:30 nap time. But other than that there's really one show that I make sure to tape and watch weekly - The Apprentice.

One theme that gets repeated quite often in the tasks is that the team that doesn't devote much time to understanding the customer usually loses.

I never want to lose sight of what Next Level Purchasing's current and prospective students want from us. So if you want to share your input on our purchasing articles, purchasing courses, or anything else that can we can do to help you have a more successful supply chain career, please let me know. Click here to send a message to me.

Yes, I will get it. Yes, I will read it. Yes, I will respond.

The most important thing a president of any organization can do is listen to its customers, members, students, etc. I am happy to devote time to learning what's on your mind.

Thanks in advance for your comments.

Respectfully,
Charles Dominick, C.P.M., SPSM
